Home-Wellness plan for your treat
As you read this word, it tells you how much you are easy to lost your self during days. Sometimes you might need to take a rest and retreat your self even at home. We are recommended to do “Home-Wellness”.
Just be easy. There is no difficulties and no big efforts.
1) just close your eyes for 5 minutes try. While you close your eyes, take a deep breath and feel your atmosphere. What you feel, what you smell in the air and what is come up in your head.
2)Try to focus your “inner self “. Then you make a magical word for yourself. Which is like “ don’t loose your self” or “ be more active! “ this is just sample.
Whatever you wish and speak out , it will be your real.
3)Especially we are recommended to do “aromatic treatment”. Aroma has many impact to your body and mind. Just find what you really comfortable with before go to bed. Don’t choose grapefruit! Keeps you awake!
”Home-Wellenss” is very important cycle for these days. We hope this easy method becomes natural cycle for everybody.
